How to Stay Healthy When You Spend a Lot of Time Outside

Spending time outdoors is great for your mental and physical health, but it can also be dangerous if you do not take the necessary precautions. Exposure to extreme temperatures, UV rays, and pesky bugs can all lead to serious health issues.

Here are a few tips on how to stay healthy when you spend a lot of time outside. 

Stay Hydrated 

Staying hydrated is essential when spending long periods outdoors. Your body loses fluids quickly in hot weather or during strenuous activity, so it’s important to replenish lost fluids with water or an electrolyte-replenishing beverage like sports drinks.

Wear Sunscreen
